CH TRINITY'S GEORGIA RED CLAY JH

Clay is the "quintessential Vizsla".  He embodies everything that Vizsla owners hold dear, especially the versatility that we are so proud of in the breed.  He has shown that he can easily move from the Hunt Test field one weekend to the Show Ring the next, and finally settle down on the easy chair at home the final weekend, all without missing a beat.

The first in the 2005 Tzeitel x Zack litter to earn a field title (Junior Hunter), Clay is WILD about birds.  He shows great enthusiasm in the field, and we anticipate even more from him in adult stakes now that he's mature.

Clay is also the first of the '05 litter to earn his Show Championship, wrapping it up very neatly with three 3-point majors - one at the Crossroads of Georgia Cluster (5/8/08 - WD), another at the Gateway Sporting Dog Association (5/30/08 - WD, BW), and finishing up at Miss Valley KC (6/1/08 - WD/BW).  What a great way to celebrate his upcoming birthday!

Most importantly, all of Clay's endeavors have been "family affairs."  His dad, Joseph, has handled him in Hunt Tests and Field Trials and his mom, Becky, has handled him in the Show ring, with occasional help from us and pro show handler Lara Spears.  The best part of having a competition dog is being involved in the sport, and every point is sweeter when earned by an owner/handler.
